Production standard

STEP 1: MIX INGREDIENT
In this process all ingredients are put together in the right proportion for dough formation. The ingredients are fed inro the mixer, where they are mixed properly to prepare the dough.

STEP 2: MOULDING
Moulding, in which the dough is laminated into sheets and is passed down to roller and appropriate sheet thickness is achieved for cutting. It is here that biscuits are given a variety of shapes and sizes

STEP 3: BAKING 
This stage, where the moulded biscuits are put into baking oven on required temperatures, these ovens also have dampers to control the moisture inside the oven section

STEP 4: COOLING AND SPRAY OIL AND FLAVOR POWDER
After baking biscuits, they are passed on cooling conveyors for natural cooling prior to packing. During in cooling period, biscuits are spraied oil and flavor powder

STEP 5: INSPECTING
Before packing products, every unit of products is checked by automatic inspecting system to ensure the quality of products

STEP 6: PACKING
At this stage, biscuits are fed into packing machine, biscuits can be availed in different packaging materials, these packs are then put into secondary packings like carton
